The RAVI software and the interface software, which ensure seamless communication between different system components, are particularly important. The system patch panel serves as the central connection unit, while the SAI system performs reliable safety and monitoring tasks.

The intuitive operation of the system via on-screen queries in combination with our powerful RAVI software (call and alarm visualization) enables precise control processes. The system is supplemented by interface software that ensures seamless communication between different trades.

Our duty interrogation system for the duty room as a communication center between supervisory staff and detainees for targeted or automatic call interrogation of all calls from the ward's detention rooms, for targeted detention room communication using intercom technology and the option of making announcements in all the ward's detention rooms or in detention rooms where staff are present.

Network components

The network components with switches and cable connections for forming a separate computer network between screen queries, data station and network storage for transferring, linking and managing databases and for connecting external management systems must be planned on a project-specific basis.

Station query SAI-H-POE

A stand-alone, compact ward console as a desktop intercom station, with a gooseneck microphone and loudspeaker for hands-free speaking and a handset with a voice flip button for discreet speaking. All functions and settings are operated via an intuitive graphical user interface on the large 7" color display with LED lighting and touch function.
